Question 1

What are the shipping times and costs?

Accepted Answer

We ship across Italy with BRT, from Monday to Thursday: parcels usually arrive in 2-3 working days after shipping, and you can follow yours with the link we email you. Shipping is free over €200; below that threshold it costs €9.

Question 2

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every item: you have 14 days from delivery to tell us with “Withdraw from the contract here”, at the bottom of every page, and 14 more to send it back to Via Pietro Nenni 294, 66020 San Giovanni Teatino (CH), Italy. The item must be intact, with original tags and packaging. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Question 3

How do I choose the right size?

Accepted Answer

Each product page lists the available sizes; for tailored advice write to us on WhatsApp or by email with your measurements: we reply within the day.

Question 4

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Satispay and Klarna, through Stripe’s secure circuit. Payment is protected and card data never touches our servers.
