This is a translation of the Italian terms. If the two versions differ, the Italian one prevails, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.

1. Who we are

Archetipi is a brand of MIA Manifattura Italiana Artigiani S.r.l.s., which runs the online store www.archetipi.store. 2. Scope

These terms govern the online sale of the products shown on the site, in the version published when you place your order. The protections of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) apply to anyone buying as a consumer, that is, for purposes outside their trade or profession. You must be at least 18 to buy.

3. Products and prices

Each product is described on its page, with materials and the available sizes and colours. Colours in photos may differ slightly from the real ones depending on your screen.

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown in the summary before payment. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and charges may apply, payable by the recipient.

4. Orders and conclusion of the contract

To order, choose the products, enter your shipping and billing details, check the summary and confirm by paying. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. The order can be found in the confirmation email and, if you have an account, in your personal area. The contract can be concluded in Italian or English.

If a product turns out to be unavailable after your order, we let you know and refund the amount paid within 14 days.

5. Payment

Payment is taken when you order, through Stripe, with the methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

If you need an invoice, write to info@archetipi.store with the order number and your billing details.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the countries shown at checkout with BRT, a tracked courier, from Monday to Thursday. Delivery times and costs are shown on the site and in the order summary. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. When the parcel arrives, check that it is intact: if it is damaged, accept it with reservation, telling the courier, and let us know as soon as possible.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you receive the products (or the last product, if they arrive separately), without giving any reason.

To withdraw, use the “Withdraw from the contract here” function at the bottom of every page of the website and on your order page: we email you a receipt straight away. You can also send us a clear statement by email to info@archetipi.store, for example using the form at the bottom of this page. Sending it before the deadline is enough.

Return the products within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing to MIA Manifattura Italiana Artigiani S.r.l.s., Via Pietro Nenni 294, 66020 San Giovanni Teatino (CH), Italy. You bear the cost of returning them. Products must be returned intact, not worn except to try them on, with their original tags and packaging: you are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine them.

We refund what you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products, or proof that you have sent them, before refunding you.

The right of withdrawal applies to every product on the site.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

If you are a consumer, you have the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code: we are liable for defects that appear within 2 years of delivery. You must report the defect within 2 months of discovering it.

You are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced free of charge; if neither is possible, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract. Write to info@archetipi.store with the order number and a photo of the defect.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear or damage caused by use or washing that does not follow the care label.

10. Personal data

We handle your data as described in the Privacy policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the more favourable protections of the law of the country where you live still apply, and disputes fall under the court of the place where you live or are domiciled.

Withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
